THE RAVEN KING IS HERE!

I got my copy of The Raven King today! I thought it would be a strict on sale and I wouldn't be able to get it until Tuesday, but it turns out that's not the case! I can't start reading it yet (because I still have school work to finish and also because I'm still reading Lady Midnight) but I am so excited. Look at how beautiful it is!

So for right now it's just sitting there. Taunting me. On another note, I really need to fix my bookshelves. I can't show you much more than that right now or else everyone will see the state they are currently in. It's not pretty.

As excited as I am for this book, I'm also really nervous to read it. I know I haven't been reading these books long, but they really affected me and I have grown to absolutely adore them in the very short time they have been in my life.

I love all four of those stupid boys and Blue. Their friendship is complicated and messy but so pure and loving at the same time. Honestly, one of the best YA series I have read in years. And I just can't help but keep thinking what if Stiefvater doesn't save Gansey? I mean, I went into this series knowing that he was supposed to die, it's part of the first book's synopsis. But after three books you sort of stop thinking it's going to happen. But this is it. The point of no return.

So, Stiefvater, if you're out there looking at opinions from a lowly editor (and a high-key fan of your work), I just have one thing to say:

See you on the other side. A review will definitely be happening.
